Make high PPM colloidal silver?

So I am wondering how one would make high ppm colloidal silver in the 65-70 range.

Would I just need to use more silver wire?

higher voltage , but the particles will be bigger then what we want

more wire ? i use 2 6 inch wires and make 20+ gallons before donating the wires to someone in need who wants to give making c.s a try , the wires would prolly last 100 gallons or so

there is no need for such a high ppm , plants or medicinal use
