Ok well first off I have to say that thankfully nothing was lost during shipping the box was just extremely damaged, I also got a Mars 2 400 the packaging on it was fine and it arrived in 3 or 4 days, however my 5x5x7 Mars tent took about 8 days to arrive and the box was shredded, the entire bottom was ripped out and I really do not know how the poles and attachment corners did not fall out or the exposed tent did not get holes ripped in it, like I said though thankfully everything was in tact and accounted for. This may be something you want to take into consideration @MarshydroTina you should have the company just put a fragile sticker on tent boxes to prevent this damage during shipping, I will put some pics up when I get ready to assemble everything.
