Thanks, was watching this now. He tests in a a5x5 but always at 100% setting. I prefer to save electricity/the planet.

I dont understand PAR much. Just looking for a hanging height and dimming % but appreciate your help.

Hopefully at 16" height and 30% dimming they wont burn and stop stretching.

Search up Bruce Bugbee he will school you in PAR, PPFD & plants in general. I have watched it numerous times and every time I learn something new. Maybe Bcos I’m a stoner and my memory isn’t what it used to be loooool

Thanks all. The conclusion seems to be start at 25-30% dimmer and 40cm distance. Maintain 40cm throughout the grow and slowly increase the dimmer intensity maybe 3-5% per week. The photone app is cheap, easy to setup and pretty accurate to measure PPFD with an iPhone.
