You will be fine heat wise with either or any of those lights in there. Mate runs a 1000 and a 600 at different times in similar size tent with no heat issues

Totally agree with @HighnDry , but now TS600 is out of stock in all oversea warehouses. @Digitalsc4rz If you are not needing the light urgently, kindly waiting, order when in stock, and the price also will go down at that time
