New grower. Need advice..

Hello everyone I am new to the forum. New grower also. Started with autoflowers. My plants are 13 days old. This morning I noticed some brown stain on my leaves. 2 days ago I sprayed them with water baking soda solution. Is it possible the they got burned with the lights for being wet?

hi and @Donjefe4 its possible the residue caused so staining.whats the purpose of baking soda ?

Foliar can act as a magnifying glass and concentrate light.
But I'm betting it's the baking soda...that's a new one.

I had done a solution for a bigger plant I have thatl had spider mites. So I did a water , baking soda , neem oil to spray the larger plant. I’m guessing the mist fell on the seedlings.

Well now I feel all itchy.... probably a little late, but maybe a misting of water would help get rid of anything left on her.

Thx . They look better today. I am guessing the light magnified with the water and solution. .. yesterday was their first nute. Today they are very happy .

Just give the seedlings ph’d water (dependent of soil type) for two weeks. Baking soda....... that’s new, that will make the soil too basic.

Yes, you will start seeing the sex of the plant around week 6 or 7, many confuse this with “pre-flower”. Bud development “flower” will usually begin during week 8 or 9. Patience is key, my last grow went to week 15 and still had a couple weeks to go.

hey @Donjefe4 and to afn! i've heard of b soda bein uzed to raize soil ph, that'z an old one, but regardless of intent, make note that b soda is a dessicant...i.e absorbz moisture...i.e. driez thingz out...and if applying to leavez, it could mebbe mess with transpiration...jus my 2 ctz & take w/salt plz
