New Mars Hydro FC-E6500

I just turned on my new Fc-E6500 light. I plugged it in to my Poniie PN2000 watt meter and at 100% the meter reads 737.92 watts.
It reads 475.67 @ 75%. Any idea why this light is reading 737 watts. Is my meter screwed up ?

From the website, it states:

• Wattage - 680w 730w(USA)

So it looks like you're right on target.
