Newbie help. Patchy leaves

Hi all, I'm new to this forum. Im hoping someone can shed some light on a problem I have. I've noticed some patchy bits on my leaves. I'm growing a royal queen seeds fat banana grown in house and bat special in 11 ltr pot. I've got hornet coco A+B for feed but haven't used it yet due to the house and bat special being packed with neuts that last for around 3/4 weeks.
Ive only noticed these patched yesterday.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Just water you're plant for the next week. It looks like over feeding. It may also be genetics and it's just sensitive.
