no buds or side shoots

I have some think different on day 30 all are showing buds, have those side things that show between the main stem and the branches except for one. It has none and the leaves are very broad, it looks very different to the others. I will try to post a picture meanwhile anybody got any ideas, maybe it is a rogue seed

does nobody have an idea on this plants lack of growing buds ?

Give it more time. If in a couple weeks you don't see any change then you might have to assume it's a photo and change your like cycle to get the process going.
