hi guys brand new grower here uk based 
first time ever growing an have been presented with leggy seedlings started in kitchen roll started amazing used bio light mix came straight up through the soil have 600w led light in a 1.2x1.2 tent but I'm worried about how tall there gone by end of week one what can I do to help my girls along? Hoping I can save them as I was over the moon on how quick everything started just want that to continue if I'm honest any help will be greatly appreciated all this knowledge I've scanned on here makes me confident hope your all having a fab day an look forward to any advice thanks
