I wonder if someone with a 3d printer could make a new case?
As I have mentioned I have had mine for a while. Hopefully they have changed to a different plastic material for the outer shell because mine is very brittle now. It still works as it should but the duct tape does make it a little rough.I believe the OP said something about theirs cracking after multiple heat cycles…

I was thinking it is the outer purple area y'all are talking about , but its all metal/glass what ever ,sorta like a thermos
so im assuming the base (?)
and just looked at mine and see something (?) ,hard to tell if crack or defect in plastic, but it there and guessing with a bunch of heat cycles it will get worst(?)
Trying to think ahead, wonder if a tiny smear of super glue will help stop it from worsening (?) HUH
ANYWAY , are these cracks on your folks in the base like this ??? pics below
Well shoot, I looked back for pictures of mine when I got it (below) and a couple pics from 2023 you cant really see the line/crack, so im assuming it IS a crack and will get worst, HUH, shoot

OK, well I just googled and see the nova was plastic body and seen the cracking problem, others have had too

I cook back to back multiple cycles maybe around six cycles in a row. What should I replace it with?It does say on their website that if you don’t let it fully cool between heat cycles, it can damage the device….
