I'm not sure what the problem is here. The soil is most, not wet. 2 other plants in the same reservoir have had more water and are fine. I'm waiting it out I guess

Leaves and stems droopy is underwatered just the leaves is overwatered. Start heafting your pots, after saturating the medium and it dripping off get a good feel. Don't water till its about half that weight. They need a break. Constantly staying at the same level can lead to the roots suffocating which is what looks like what's happening here

That's at mid light cycle 20/4
cold issues if I run 18/6, lights are 75%
24 inches away
How many watts is your light. That might be an issue too, I dont run my light that high till Im well into flower, I dont go above 50% during veg
