Phosphorus deficiency?

Rootbound?
My Mazar is still looking really sick and had been getting more and more yellow each day. It isn't really dry yet so I haven't done the second flush yet but was thinking it may be rootbound.

Does this look normal for a 8 week plant in a 14L pot?
