Hello friends
I have a plant that's been on the Autopot system with mostly coco coir for about 15 days now. I've noticed some symptoms that might indicate root rot, so just in case it is I want to apply some beneficial bacteria (Og Biowar Root pack). How should I go about it?
From what I've read around forums, I shouldn't add organics to the reservoir... so should I water the pot from above instead? O maybe fill the tray with the solution containing the bacteria and let it soak up from below?
Any input is appreciated. If there is another thread with this info, please be so kind to point it out...

BTW I don't blame the Autopot system for the root rot (if any). I have good reasons to believe it was eihter my fault by hand-overwatering at the beginning, or fungus gnats that I haven't been able to control.
