want 2 grow a small 15 - 20 inch auto and need 2 know how small a pot can i get away with ?

would a 1 gallon container work cause i am only expecting 20 - 25 gms ?

depends a lot on the auto, you can grow decent plants in a soda cup even! Yield probably depends more on light and care than container size, but with larger plants, growing in small container can be quite labor intensive....

Hey m8 welcome to the site.. one tip.. use a root pruning pot, fabric, plastic doesn't matter.. in an ordinary 'plastic' pot I usually get an auto the size u want from an 11L pot.. about 2.5 gallon I think? I can get a 28/30 inch auto and probably a bit bigger if I was aiming for height, from an 11L root pruning pot.. so I'd try maybe a 1.5/2 gallon root pruning pot for wat your after.. just my thoughts.. as thetreeman says it's hard to be exact just based on your pot size.. good luck man

Briman just finished a test grow using 1 gallons and they are probably close to what your talking about.
