Ppm question

Hi all. When I have been doing my research regarding ppm per feeding, I understand what they are saying. Here is a example schedule

week 3: 550ppm
Week4: 650ppm
My water is around 350ppm. For those of u experience guys, are they talking about fertilizer + water ppm and get 550ppm or are they talking
Fertilizer-water and get 550ppm

cant be 100% on this but id say from manufactures its without your base ppm if its a youtube guy or a thread id say its with the base ppm

I'm not all that experience yet but I do it water plus fertilizer to get 550 ppms. I use distilled water and spring water which are both below 350 ppms. Can you get distilled or spring water?

Usually they are talking about just the fertilizers strength, mainly because everybody’s water source is different. So you would take your waters base ppm and add 550ppm/650ppm of fert’s to it.
