Nice colas! If not done they are within days. Usually, when I see new white pistils coming out the top and it looking like it wants to foxtail and leaves look like fall it is done or very close

I'd be chopping her down myself. If I was in your shoes shed be hang drying right now. Lol

I decided to chop and start the drying process. She was done fairly quick!
