Roots Organic Original with Uprising line up help?

So I'm getting ready to start a new grow n had Questions about the products I'm using. So my set up in a 2x4 with sunraise qb2000. I'ma be using Roots Organic original in 3 gal fabric pots. My question is the uprising feeding schedule says 1-2 tsp for 1-5 gals pots every other week starting at week 2. For my understanding Roots soil have enough food to feed for at least three to four weeks if I'm correct? So should I start top dressing half of uprising grow n bloom at week three or should I follow their schedule. Anybody who uses or used these can chime in?
