Greetings. I've only grown photo plants, now I am on my first auto grow (Northern Lights) plus I am using an Apogee PAR light sensor and trying to learn to use it for optimal lighting.

I have a HLG Quantum Board LED with an adjustable power driver. I can easily set the power driver to read the desired uMol value, but I need to get a handle on how this translates into the accumulative Mol I need for the entire day.

I am reading 300 uMol on my Seedling canopy, and am running the lights 20 on and 4 off. I will increase the output as the plants grow into maturity.

Can someone guide me to a calculator or chart to show me how to convert uMols to the DLI I need for the plants based on the total hours I have the light on?

Thank for any help you can give!!
