Should I trim fan leaves from tight buds?

I agree with Tom , Going by the photo I would leave them as they are the solar panels to build the buds .

Thanks guys. Actually that was probably the worst pic. Some have a lot larger leaves that put the calyxes below in darkness. Wasn't clear as to if they needed light or just the leaves needed light. I've heard a number of people say that the fan leaves are pretty much useless for indoor grows.
