Slight leaf curl

I run my qb at 90% all the time. I start my seedlings at 30 inches or so let them grow into them. If i think they can take more i raise the pots. Check a few hours later for curl. If very slight ridge curl i let them be usually they adjust.
Only way to know is increase and observe.

On my current grow (in sig) I mounted 2 DIY Cobs at the top of my tent which is ~34" from the seedlings. I have been letting them grow up while also LSTing so it doesn't get too out of hand. Things are going quite well so far and I just recently turned on the 135W QB (always runs 100%, no dimmer). The plants are just starting to pre-flower so I hope this is the right timing to increase intensity. This setup and sequencing of light is new to me so it's all one big experiment.

Just watch them they will tell you.
