Struggling to flower

I got some random fem seeds from a friend and currently had around 3-4 weeks of 12/12. Im starting to think its a male as my other one that is outdoor has white pistols already.

Any ideas if its a male of

The little ball sack looks like make parts to me - for sure wait for another confirmation though

Bottom is male top female. Some varieties take up to 100 days to fully flower out, could just be a slow bloomer.
