Ok, I know you don't want to switch to top feeding once you've been bottom feeding all autopot users know this. What I can't find out and need to know is if it's ok to switch from top to bottom feeding. In particular during the first few weeks of flower(autos). I want to turn on autopot xl system. Got it after starting and didn't have the space for the trays now I do.

No problem at all. Autopot even recommends to water the pot before activating the system so the roots can create some sort of a hold in the soil.
Oh, and a tip: Put a small fosette in between the watertank and the tray, that way you can adjust the force of the water that comes out.
