Thrips, mold, deficiency? Many pictures, microscope.

Hey guys. So we’re in mid blooming I’d say on 3 autos. Everything has been dandy but the last days I see these white small spots spreading. Mainly on larger higher leaves. I did crank up my 250 COB LED to 95% a couple of days ago. Related?
I can’t find any creepers nor can I wipe of the white. I have seen 1 or 2 mini flies and small spiders around and in the grow area (out house, so..).
What’s this?? Please say deficiency

Any real fine spider-like webbing in the buds or leaves?

You need to look close under the leaves for spider mites.

We could also use pictures of the whole plants.

I ran it under a microscope. No creatures to be seen.
