I started the 3 week UVB treatment a little too early I think.
In one week it will be 3 weeks but the plants have another 2 or 3 weeks to go.
Should I stop it now and resume later or just stop it altogether in a week?

I think youll be ok. Lots of lights now have uvb chipsets in them and dont have a seperate control for the uv spectrum. As long as its what 10% of your total par it shouldnt be too much. Remember outdoors plants get uvb from the beginning.
