But...... What are they telling me???? My first go this mate my light isn't the best only 90 led and a 100w cfl, iv been putting it out in the sun for around 18h a day tho

excessive nitrogen will offset flowering. The fix is to figure out a way to lower your nitrogen. That’s a Beautiful plant by the way.
