I have lots of nice trim in the freezer. I’ve read conflicting opinions about how to use it. I planned to try dry ice bubble hash to make rosin. Im thinking thaw first then add the dry ice? Any other suggestions? If I made tincture, I’d need to dry before soaking in everclear, yes? Thanks gor any input.

I just finished making my first tincture. Literally 20 minutes ago. I used 10g with .6 l of 100 proof vodka. I used a lower-quality bud I bought. The reason I made it is so I can try cooking it down to manage potency. It's decent as-is. It's a new experience to play with. I used an infuser:pass:. Testing as I go on the cook down. :)

FYI: I cooked 1/2 down a lot. It was more oil and most of the alcohol was gone. I got real good effects from it. I ended up painting rolling papers with the resin/oil. I did about 20 then mixed back in the remaining tincture to increase its potency by adding back the reduced sample. I painted another half-smoked joint and that was quite a bit stronger. I packed the playground up for the night.
