Since the last update, I added the bud from one solo and one full sized girl, and the dryer continued to work perfectly. With the new load in it, the humidity tray was not neccessary for ~48 hours, the bud alone kept the humidity in the target zone. Initially with the new load added, the extract fan would cycle every ten seconds or so, cycling RH between about 55 and 58%. By 24 hours cycling was down to once every few minutes, and by 48 hours, RH was stable and dropping below 54%, at which point, I put the sponge tray back into the unit, and it immediately returned to cycling between 55 and 58%, with virtually all time spent between 56 and 58%, which is spot on.
At this point, I think that operation is perfect and should handle the rest of my 4x4 without difficulty. The next update will be of finished product.
