Look into banana fermented fruit juice makes a great organic fertilizer to give your plants potassium for higher yields and sugar for microbes and flavor. 1part banana 1 part brown sugar

You can also drink the ffj with seltzer water etc for Banana flavor. You can make vinegar or wine with the leftover mash
