1st ever grow and have a dumb question

Thanks @Quirk cuz the others that told me were saying to cut net off after it was standing up but by then both roots were going thru the nets! That didn’t seem like a smart choice for my 1st grow.
Also anyone that pops in should my cfl’s be closer or good where they are??

CFLs can run almost touching the plant so closer is better.

Good deal since only transplanted Monday I didn’t wanna get too close and had to wait til I could get 2nd hood last night so they each had their own.

Also is their stuff around house I can use to bring humidity up or go buy a humidifier and monitor it til I have inkbird controller to do for me??
