@hairyman where are ya pal hadn't seen u on for a while, but wanted u to see my 2liter airpot and roots it created. I may just be happy with the 4 different size real ones I had the hydro store order me, I got 4 total of just the liter ones to use for test strains when have extra beans and am curious of what the buds like.

@Dichoti, why not just get a 8 or 10 inch plastic funnel, drill a bunch of holes in it and invert it in the bottom of your 5 gallon bucket? Seems to me that would work...right?

Don't think it'd be wide enough, at the base.
