2by3 grow tent for veg

I have a 2by3 grow tent I want to use as a propagation and veg tent to grow mother plants to provide clones I currently have a few cob light’s leftover from the cob shop and 2 vivosun vs 1000 led lights looking for advice on what light is best to use

Check the spectrum, and color of light (kelvin) thinking around 4000 is best for veg, but any light will work. Just won't be in the "optimal" part of the spectrum
