A few questions.

I'm sure you can, but it has a strong taste.
you can put it in capsules...but you will need to start slow so she doesn't get too high. Even high CBD strains still have thc, it is thought that the synergy of all the cannabinoids makes it work the best.
I would start her out with brownies or candy and get her resistance up.
And if she just doesn't like the taste at all, you can water cure your buds for no taste and no smell.

Do you have any idea if this could help out my kidneys? I used to take ibuprofin religiously for pain, And I believe it's partly to blame for my Stage 2 Chronic Kidney Disease. I've got to ask because I've seen reports from both sides saying it's good for it, and others saying it'll make the CKD progress quicker.
 
A quick search only found one article that said cannabis consumers had reduced kidney function, but there were many other sites saying how much it helps.
