I run it according to @AMARE-TECH-Vic's recommendation which is 10hrs once the plants are at least 6" tall, same growth point you would normally switch on the cobs.

250 runs in a 2x2x5.... i wanted a 4x4 for the 450 but wife said no bc it wouldnt fit in the closet so i went with a 3x3x6 so i could raise it up.
