Add more soil?

Quick question, these 2 girls have shot up big time, due to watering and the soil compressing a bit and the growth it’s left those stems maybe about 2” or just over between leaves and soil. Should I stick in some soil to close that gap and maybe stead them up?
plant in the second pic was the one that took a few days longer than the other to appear out the soil, she’s now kinda falling over, I’ve use a small tie just to straighten her back up now

You don't need to add any soil.. Just move some from the sides to the middle to provide a little support.. Or use a tooth pick to support it if it's leaning over.
