The brown bad method has been around for decades.. It's a proven method. If you want to know the temps inside the bag, just throw a hygrometer in the bag until it gets a steady reading. The bags should all be about the same inside.

I only use the paper bag method, I put the buds in the bag a place in the top part of my Closet for 3-5 days. Works for all the time. Just shake the bag once between days.
