All smell no flavor?

I grew and harvested pineapple express from fast buds. It smells amazingly sickening sweet. Very similar to autoseeds sweet cbd.
But its flavor.... Chalk. Like i stood too close while someone was banging chalkboard erasers together. So almost no flavor. Its still got all the smell and even the smell in the air after burning is sweet. Anyone have any ideas?
I dried the same way as always... Paper bags at cool- room temp(mid 60s°f) then into jars.

Cure it... for good 30 days at least.. then taste will come...

How long was the cure process? Was humidity low? Did you use Boveda? Does it burn your throat?

It only had around 12 to 14 days from chop. I didnt plan on optimal flavor, but it doesnt taste "uncured" or "green"... Just NO real flavor.
Ive had to smoke before a good cure too many times, so i know the flavor to expect. I didnt get that either...

2 weeks from cut to smoke. Ambient humidity is 58 to 65. B62 in the jars. No it doesnt burn the throat.
Again, i wasnt expecting perfection. I was anticipating a hayish(from not enough cure)/sweet fdom the bud. I got chalk.

Ive had a northern light it was the clearest smoke ever but no taste... Idk why though
