I saw a Canadian band, Classic Albums Live. They played dark side, through completeness. During the intermission, I was naming songs to my wife in hopes they'd be played. They opened the second set with shine on. Magic

Sonny Terry, with his partner of 45 years, Brownie McGee, on guitar. If you've ever seen the Steve Martin movie 'The Jerk', that's Sonny and Brownie in the opening and closing. Sonny was blind and Brownie had polio that left him with a short leg. As he was fond of saying, 'Sonny, if you'll walk for me, I'll see for you.' Had the pleasure of seeing them at Max's Kansas City in NYC around 1975.
