Are seeds from autos good to use?

I didn't know where to put this. But what I'm wondering is if an autoflower plant spits out a seed, should I expect it to be any good? If I grow it will the genetics be stable and will the bud be as strong?
I got one single seed from my last grow of 2 plants. I was just wondering if it's worth putting with my other seeds of the same strain to grow when I get a chance, keep it separate or throw it out?

Its my understanding that you have a seed from the plant selfing. So yes it should be good to run, however, it seems your plant likely hermed ever so slightly at some point... If you dont mind the possibility of finding a seed or 2 in a plant, id run it.

Youd only buy new genetics!! Never need to go seed hunting for a strain.
