Autoflower defoliation topping

I ve an Autoflower day 32, shes today shoowing first evolution to preflower.
She s a monster, i ve topped her on day 26.
When is it false to defoliate her?
Can i defoliate her in preflower?

To explain why fimmed and topped:
Fimming was set to high so it wasn t fimmed.

With a bit Sunburn by growing too fast.

I like to start defol when the stretch slows down. I leaf tuck only until then which is maybe like day 45ish or so
