from your pic pal im sorry i cant tell but I think with this grow as you said they have been too close to the light at times also adding another light at this stage your plants will need time to adjust especially a led

I thought too much light would cause short very dense plants.. Thanks anyway il tag @Mañ'O'Green and @St. Tom any of u guys got an idea?
It has more to do with the spectrum of the light than the intensity. The sun provides about 2000 PPFD at noon so unless your lights are providing more than that there is no concern the plants can handle it. More blue light will keep the plants more compact, more red will make taller plants.

Thanks.. What do you make of this on day 75 after flowering nicely she decides to stretch again around 2 inches why is that?

It looks pretty normal to me but I need to see more of the plant in normal daylight - turn off the grow lights.
 
So here she is after losing her fan leaves some fat colas..5 litre fabric pot!.. Not bad considering she nearly went in the bin with the rest of them.. I've tried a joint and after a good dry and cure she will be lovely
