Mine did the same until about week 3. Nothing is wrong. They have since put on about an inch or so a day since then. Perfectly normal I believe.
It is however frustrating... And makes you nervous

After 14 years, I still get a bit anxious with just about every sprout. Gotta realize the best thing to grow with weed is patience.
One thing I do which relieve a lil stress is to take pics every day or so just to prove to ourselves they're actually doing something.
After a while, perhaps we'll figger they're gonna do their thing regardless ...
