Just wondering if it's save to sow auto seeds straight into this? Or will it burn roots? This is for my 1st every grow.

I've planted my seeds direct in biobizz light mix for years...100% germ. Never had any burn issue...water only till sexed...Control watering/feeding and environment and you'll grow weed.
