She is a beauty.

She is amazing. She went through all kinds of stress. Still gave a huge harvest. We didn't weigh at time but have been weighing before pressing. We guess between 8 to 10 ounces after curing. I was in and out of hospital so we didn't stress too much about accurate weight but my tech hubby has been pressing an ounce at a time so he's got a good idea. I need to do a whole post on it. Incredibly impressive.
