Brown spots

DWC , 10 part GH chart (4th week on weekly series) rh 58%,air temp 74f, ph 5.8, ppm 1.08 (500 scale) . seed = Ethos White Wedding
What are these spots from? I don't see any pest. They are starting to appear every where. Do I need more calimagic? I am putting 2.0ml per gallon so 6.5 ml - 3.25 gal. of water. Using distilled water. Thank you good people in advance!

Try using a bit more cal/mag and raising ph up to 6 and dont over feed.
