Amazon has a digital microscope that plugs into your phone. It's like $30. I highly recommend it. This is a picture of trichomes milky then one amber. I let her go too far. This was taken 2 days apart. received_791511804993377.pngreceived_315682702948316.png
 
Pick up a loupe or digital microscope, you can get ones that plug into your phone these days. Look at the trichomes under magnification, you want to wait till you see roughly 30% amber trichomes.
