depends on the growth that your gettin I try to wait like 2 weeks or until sex but sometimes they are growing quicker and dont want to stunt em or rootbound If your seeds are Fem then you can transplant now using this tiered method. just make sure the second bigger pot is moist not soggy..should take some time before your big pot will dry out but you will water the small one now and after both
