California snow not flowering

First time trying fast buds, I have a cali snow on day 57 still not flowering should I switch to 12/12

I’ve seen a few other people have had this problem with Cali snow I just didn’t see any follow up info I’ve been growing Rocbud autos so this is my first encounter with something like this
