I've just dropped my beans into 16L fabric pots with coco coir and perlite. Light watering in hopes they will germinate.

This is my first time using coco rather than soil. Just wondering if its okay to pop the seeds straight into the coco? As most people do the paper towel method or drop into a glass of water etc.

Im just a lil hit worried because coco dries out quickly. I usually go with this method in soil.

Cheers

It can work fine, just put caps over the seed locations and keep the coco moist. It helps to keep your temperatures up. Minimum ~80F is my suggestion. :pighug:

Ive had to put my light on for temps. Im around 20c. 80f is roughly 26c.

I've not really had much problems with this method in soil.

I'll post an update in a few days from now.

Thanks for your suggestion bro
