Completely lost here

I will search for it

Thank you

here is some of the discussion. These guys are both good growers and they were talking about autopots and pH stuff

Ok so I read the thread. Am I missing something? With my res at a Ph 5.2 then I get 6.5 at the pots. Just like autopots says to expect. I test the Ph daily ( res & pots ). I do use the plastic covers on pots & res. Some times I have to lower the Ph in the res, every couple days , but at the pot I’m good. So what am I searching for? I feel I must have mixed my nutrients wrong to have caused these deficiencies.
I educated myself on epsom salts, also currently processing egg shells into calcium nutrient. I’m sure I’m to blame for whatever is wrong. But I’m quickly thinking about switching from the Canna A&B and get into powder nutrient. Unfortunately I spent $250 on the nutes so I must use it up first. Or maybe my problems is the earthworm castings? Won’t do that next time

I will lift the pot and check things out. Seeing as this common with the autopots I assume it’s from traveling through the plastic hoses. .....
Any plastic tubing you're using is surely essentially inert, non-reactive, and not affecting pH.

How/why pH starts at 5.2 (too low for coco) at the reservoir ends up 6.3 (too high for coco) at the AutoPot base remains a question you should address. Something is off, whether with the media (excessively buffered?) and/or feed. If you think it's somehow the tubing, swap in new tubing, ideally food grade or better.

hi bro i think you turned your res on way too early and if you look in my thread i sometimes dont turn mine on untill the plants leaves touch both sidess of the pot so i think first you started maybe by overwatering and your roots havent really had to search for the food anyhow heres my advice: remove them both off the res and let them dry out some and then start top feeding them only when the pots are feeling lightish till there looking better as some plants just dont like being wet all the time bro . also i start mine in solo cups then into these forever homes but there nowhere near ready for me to pop them on the res

Airdome should run continuously not every 15 minutes and it should mirror your light schedule. I’ve run without the airdome in both a 50/50 and 70/30 mix with no problems but roots are massive around the dome when I do use it. If you’ve been bottom feeding for a few weeks you shouldn’t top feed because you’ll just push the toxic salts to your roots. Don’t bother testing or worrying about ph at the pot, the res ph is the key. Ideal res ph is 5.8, 5.2 is too low. Your problems are most likely not following instructions to wait until leaves reach edge of pot. Pay attention to new growth not old leaves, if new looks good you don’t want to be adding extra stuff just because a leaf or two are yellow. I also use ro water with a & b and calmag in coco. I use 5ml per gal of calmag the whole grow, first week or two I’m using a/b at 10ml/g, going up to 14ml/g in flower. From early to mid flower I’m adding big bud for a couple weeks, then pk boost one week, then overdrive til finish. Your plants look good just avoid any extra stuff you may be thinking of

I am sure this is the real issue (happened way too many time to me), and the added organic matter might have made it worse and the plant will end up with root rot if he keeps the system on.

Thanks for the solid advice it’s appreciated. Would this work even if they are in flower? As these just started. Would I top feed with what’s in the res for consistency?

Thank you for those measurements for sure. Due to them going into flower this morning. I figured I would just keep going. Learn what can from it. They are so small. 9-10 inches. I think I may have stunted them early on, but I got 22 bud sites. Hoping for an ounce😂 I will fix the airdome

yes bro but just make sure you letting the plant have time to dry out a fair bit and if you look at my thread this is a commom thing with me sometimes just 1 girls a pain also when you lift your pot make sure theres no smell around ya roots on dont think you will and if you check my thread you will learn from my mistakes too
