You either climb in there, pull your plants out and water back to front, or unzip the whole door on the tent. As far as leds go you have a ton of great options for a 4x4. Viparspectra has some good lights that will work on the lower end of the price spectrum. Mars Hydro has some good options.

I would run 2 lights instead of 1 big one. Personally. It would be nice to be able to adjust the height of the light for half the tent. Especially if you’re gonna have plants in different stages in there.

Depends on how you have things set up...individually, some pull each plant out to water/feed or use a garden wand...some of us are using autopots fed from a res. but still pull em out to check em and defoliate. I use 3 x MH ts1000's in my 2x4 tent, each at different heights......your grow, grow it how you want.
